We have 2 main types of ticket, Capital and Capital Plus.
Capital - purchase this ticket for travel within Cardiff on routes 51, 53, 56, 86 and between Cardiff city centre and Barry Docks Link Road on service X91.
Capital Plus - purchase this ticket for travel across our entire network, on all our services.
Please note, these tickets can only be used on Capital Links routes, however, Cardiff Bus tickets are sold and accepted on Capital Links services. To view the full range of Cardiff Bus tickets, please click here.

On the bus
The following tickets can be bought on the bus. You’ll need an iff card if you want to purchase a week to go. To apply, click here.
Please have the correct money for your ticket, as our drivers do not give change.
Speed up your journey and save money by paying before you board the bus. You can either add weekly, monthly or annual tickets to your iff card at our customer service centre in Central Library or at our Sloper Road office. Weekly tickets only can be added to your iff card on the bus.
You'll need an iff card to purchase week, 4 week and annual tickets, and also to set up a direct debit.

If you use a lot of buses around South East Wales and need to travel with other operators, this ticket is ideal. It's valid on all Capital Links routes and most other bus routes in South East Wales.
Young person £5.30 (for travel with all other operators, you will need an Adult Network Rider if you're 16+, unless you have a My Travel Pass)

Welsh Concessionary Card Holders free
English or Scottish Concessionary Card Holders, or those who can prove they are over 60 £5.30

Stagecoach in South Wales (excluding TrawsCymru north of Felinfach/Three Cocks).
